Seasonal hair loss (seasonal shedding) can increase in autumn and sometimes spring. It typically lasts a few weeks and usually does not reduce overall hair density. A targeted strengthening routine can help hair feel more resilient during this period.
Recommended routine (4–8 weeks): keep cleansing consistent and support the follicles during the seasonal shedding phase.
• Shampoo 3.1: Use daily or every wash. Massage into the scalp until it lathers, leave a few minutes, rinse.
• Lotion 3.4.2: Apply 2–3 pipettes to the scalp (preferably at night). Massage in, do not rinse. Use 3×/week for at least 8 weeks.
• If shedding feels stronger than usual: switch to Lotion 3.4.3A as a structured course (2–3 pipettes daily, preferably at night) for a minimum of 3 months, then continue with 3.4.2 for maintenance.
